I'm Josetta-a systems disruptor, trauma alchemist, and your Empowerment Navigator. I don't just help women get unstuck-I help them remember who the hell they are underneath the noise, narratives, and the numbness.
I've walked through the storms-grief, betrayal, burnout, and the slow ache of silencing my own light. I've been the woman holding it all together, quietly unraveling underneath, and I decided: NO MORE.
